What is the function of the cable inner sheath?

It refers to tensile strength, elongation, bendability, elasticity, flexibility, vibration resistance, abrasion resistance and mechanical impact resistance etc.

What about the lead time for mass production?

It depends on the order quantity and the season when you place order. As it wills spend time on Sailing, we suggest that you start inquiry two months ahead so the cargo can be shipped in time to your country.

What’s the difference between XLPE insulation and PVC insulation?
A
XLPE is cross linked polyethylene material. PVC is polyvinyl chloride insulation. The main difference between them is that XLPE can be used for both high and low tension applications. Its structure provides great resistance to abrasion, stress, and other wear and tear. PVC insulation cannot withstand as much pressure, meaning it is only suitable for low tension applications.

Other differences: 1. XLPE insulation tends to last longer than PVC insulation; 2. Since XLPE doesn’t contain chloride, it is more environmentally friendly; 3. XLPE insulation can withstand higher temperatures; 4. Cross linked polyethylene features more moisture resistance
