What is a wire?
A wire is a wire that transmits electricity. It is divided into bare wire, electromagnetic wire and insulated wire. The bare wire has no insulation layer, including copper, aluminum flat wire, overhead winch and various profiles (such as profile, bus, copper bar, aluminum bar, etc.).It is mainly used for outdoor overhead and indoor bus-bar and switch box.An electromagnetic wire is an insulating wire that generates a magnetic field or induces a current in a magnetic field after it is energized. It is mainly used for motor and transformer winding and other related electromagnetic equipment. Its conductors are mainly copper wires, which should have thin insulation layer and good electrical mechanical properties, as well as heat resistance, moisture resistance and solvent resistance.Different properties can be obtained by using different insulation materials.

The color meaning
1. The black Internal wiring of equipment and equipment.
2. Brown The positive pole of a direct current circuit.
3. The red Three phase circuit and C phase; Collector of semiconductor triode; A cathode of a semiconductor diode, rectifier diode, or thyristor.
4. The yellow A phase of A three-phase circuit; Base electrode of semiconductor triode; The control poles of thyristor and bidirectional thyristor.
5. Green B phase of a three-phase circuit.
6. Blue The cathode of the dc circuit; Emitter of semiconductor triode; The anode of a semiconductor diode, rectifier diode, or thyristor.
7. Light blue Zero or neutral lines of a three-phase circuit; Ground neutral of direct current circuit.
8. White Main electrode of bidirectional thyristor; A semiconductor circuit without a specified color.
9. Yellow and green (each color is about 15-100mm in width) Safety ground wire. Red and black go together
An alternating current circuit connected by a double conductor or twisted pair.

Select different color wire according to the circuit
1. Three-phase ac circuit Phase A: yellow Phase B: green Phase C: red Zero or neutral: blue Protection ground wire: yellow and green.
2. In single-phase circuits Fire line: red Zero: blue
3. Ac circuit connected by two core wires or two twisted wires: red and black parallel
4. Direct current circuit: Positive pole: brown Negative: blue Ground wire: blue.
5. The internal wiring of the whole device and equipment is generally recommended: black.

Compare the advantages and disadvantages of soft and hard wires From the wire image The soft wire is also called sheath wire, which is usually a wire wound together by a plurality of copper wires with a diameter of less than 1mm.Hard wire is a relatively thick single metal wire, usually over 1mm. The nature of the wire The soft thread is thin and soft, making it easy to turn and pass through the pipe. However, it is easy to age over time, which affects the service life of the whole circuit.

Hard wire is small in nature, resistant to short-circuit current shock, and hard wire is not easy to oxidize, life is longer than soft wire. But the hard line itself is hard and hard, so it is not easy to make a turn through the pipe. Is it easy to use soft or hard wire for home decoration? Each copper wire of the soft wire is relatively thin, which is easy to damage and break during installation, thus affecting the electric conductivity of the wire.Hard wire, by contrast, is not affected by the construction process and is much more reliable and durable.
